A Shankar  is an independent financial consultant with over three decades  experience of  with various Industry verticals like FMCG, Infrastructure, Lighting, Healthcare, Financial Services  and Information Technology. He has served many fortune 500 companies like Unilever, L&T, Multiple GE Businesses and Synchrony Financials, USA. He has held various leadership roles including as CFO for two units of GE and his last Corporate role was with Synchrony Financials as VP-Finance CoE. He is a Cost and Management Accountant, Company Secretary and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Strategic Finance and Control.

Arun Kumar is a practicing Cost Accountant with an overall industry experience of 29 years having worked in various roles in the areas of Cost Management, Business Consulting, Business Operations, Process Improvements, MIS and Project Administration. His industry experience includes both manufacturing and multinational IT companies like Namaste Exports, IBM, Manhattan Associates, Misys and Kindle Systems. By qualification, he is a Bachelor in Science, Cost and Management Accountant and holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management.

Shivram Rao is a business advisor with more than four decades of practical, result oriented experience in industries spanning Large, Medium and Small Scale (out of which last 20 years in Small Scale Sector). In Finance and operations, he served in varied industrial verticals like Lighting, Electronics, Retailing, Automotive, Chemicals & Fertilizers, watch components.

He has held position of CFO and General Manager in both Public and Private sector. He was awarded “Outstanding Management Award” by the Chairman of the Business Group, for his outstanding Role as Chief Financial Officer & General Manager. He was also instrumental in leading the Company and getting awarded “the best unit” for three years in a row. 

His expertise is in project appraisal, Working Capital financing, People Management, Business Process Standardisation, Quality Management System, System Development Implementation, Operations Management and Costing. By qualification, he holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
